Welcome to all things BONSAI, a website for the bonsai enthusiast, providing handmade containers/pots and bonsai related products with artistic craftsmanship.
All containers/pots are constructed of ciment fondu, re-enforced with fiber-glass fabric, chicken wire and some with 2x3 fencing wire. All are one of a kind, free formed by hand (not made from a mold) and comes in all shapes and sizes with gloss or matte finishes. Products that are weather (frost) resistant will have FR as part of the description.
Custom products are available which are geared toward your specifications with you choosing the colors, textures, shapes and sizes that compliment your tree. Email me at robert@allthingsbonsai.net with your design and specifications and I'll reply back with pricing.

Privacy & Use of Personal Information:
"all things BONSAI" realizes that ordering from us, you are placing your trust in us. We will never share customer information with any third party and will not sell your personal information to any third party not involved in the transaction for any reason. The only way we obtain personal information is if you have submitted an order to us and we treat this information as strictly confidential. This personal information will be used for the fulfillment of orders when submitted. Your email address is used as a primary contact in the event of a confusion or problem with your order. All email addresses submitted to us will be added to our promotional email list. If you ship an item as a gift, we will NOT add the recipient to our mailing list. At anytime, you can be removed from our email address list by emailing us at robert@allthingsbonsai.net, and ask to be removed.
Secure Ordering:
"all things BONSAI" shopping cart is secured using PayPal encryption system, so you can pay without exposing credit card numbers.
Shipping:
We guarantee our product and will be properly packed for shipping. "all things BONSAI" is not responsible for damage or delays after delivering the order to the carrier. All claims for delays or damage due to the carrier must be made immediately to the carrier, so keep the packaging. If filed later than two weeks after receipt, no claims for loss or damage will be honored by the carrier.
Return Policy:
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item or items received from "all things BONSAI", call at 616-791-9141 within two weeks of receipt and we will inform you how to arrange for shipment. Do not return any items without first calling or emailing us. Items returned must be well packed and returned to us in the same condition as received.
